We begin by charting your assets and the verifying the lubrication requirements for each machine type. We then evaluate the current stock of lubricants on site. A crucial first step in any successful lubrication program is a complete verification that the lubricants you need are in fact, the lubricants you have.

Creating lubrication schedules

Timing of lubrication is another critical aspect of any successful lubrication program. We help evaluate lubrication frequencies to help ensure your assets are lubricated with the right amount at the right time. We will help build those routes into your CMMS or lubrication platform to ensure that there is a history of lubrication work that has been performed.

Proper storage, organization, filtration and labeling of lubricants

We then assist with ensuring your team is storing, organizing, filtering, and labeling your lubricants properly. We do this by getting in the field with your people and working together to asses the current state of lubrication storage and filtration so we can chart out a plan for improvement that provides a path towards a best in class lubrication room.
